When possible we give you a full quote. Sometimes, we give an estimate as things change along the way. We do work with you closely so you are always in charge of the selection of options we come up with. 

We can either provide all material and include its cost in our invoice or you can provide the material yourself. 

We are fully covered for projects up to $10,000. Our clients always give us more projects once they see our work and experience our service.

We do work with a preliminary timeline and budget and unless the details of the scope are modified, we stay on track.
